These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Superior Chemical website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Business-to-Business Sales
Superior Chemical sells industrial and bulk quantities of chemicals, ingredients, and related products primarily to businesses. By placing an order, you represent that you are purchasing for legitimate business, commercial, or industrial use, and that you or your organization has the facilities, training, and authorization required to safely receive, store, and use the products ordered.

Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate, but we do not warrant that all information on this site is complete or error-free. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available on request and should be reviewed prior to handling any chemical product. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the affected order and will notify you promptly.

Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order through our website is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability.

Pricing and Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include applicable sales tax or freight unless stated. Payment is due at time of order unless you have been approved for Net 30/60 terms, in which case payment is due per the terms of your account agreement. Accounts with approved terms that fall past due may be subject to service suspension and referral to collections.

Hazardous Materials and Compliance
Certain products sold by Superior Chemical are classified as hazardous materials for shipping and handling purposes. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure proper storage, handling, use, and disposal in compliance with applicable OSHA, EPA, DOT, and local regulations. Buyer is responsible for providing accurate facility and contact information required for hazmat shipment.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Superior Chemical's liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of our products is limited to the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from the use or misuse of any product.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Superior Chemical or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Superior Chemical is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
