Due to the nature of the chemical and industrial products we sell, our return policy differs from typical retail returns.

Eligible Returns
Unopened, unused products in their original, undamaged packaging may be eligible for return within [15/30] days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. To start a return, contact us at [EMAIL] with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Opened, used, or partially used containers
- Custom formulated, private label, or made-to-order products
- Products that have left our control long enough that safe re-sale cannot be guaranteed
- Hazardous materials that cannot be safely or legally re-shipped without proper certification

Restocking Fee
Approved returns of standard stock items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to [15–20]% to cover inspection, handling, and hazmat compliance costs, unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within [X] business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, credit, or refund at no additional cost to you once the issue is verified.

Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for return freight costs, which for drums, totes, and palletized items can be significant. Returned hazmat items must be shipped in compliance with DOT regulations; we can advise on requirements when your RMA is issued.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [5–10] business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned product.
