Freight-Rated Shipping
Many of our products ship via freight carrier due to weight, volume, or hazardous materials classification (drums, totes, and palletized orders). Freight rates are calculated based on weight, destination, and accessorial services required (e.g., liftgate, inside delivery, residential delivery) and will be reflected at checkout or quoted directly for large orders.
Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 48 hours of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Custom formulation, private label, or made-to-order items may require additional lead time, which will be communicated at the time of order.
Hazardous Materials Shipments
Products classified as hazardous materials are shipped in compliance with DOT regulations. Please ensure the shipping address and receiving contact can accept hazmat deliveries. Additional documentation or signature may be required at delivery.
Delivery Requirements
Please ensure someone is available to receive freight deliveries and inspect shipments upon arrival. Standard freight delivery is curbside/dock unless liftgate or inside delivery is purchased. It is the customer's responsibility to have appropriate equipment (forklift, pallet jack) on-site to unload palletized shipments unless liftgate service was purchased.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
Please inspect all shipments at the time of delivery. Any visible damage should be noted on the delivery receipt before signing, and photos should be taken if possible. Damage or shortages must be reported to us within [X] business days of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier. Claims reported after this window may not be eligible for replacement or credit.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products cannot be shipped to certain locations (e.g., P.O. boxes, certain international destinations, or areas with hazmat shipping restrictions). We will contact you if your order cannot be fulfilled as submitted.
